My Story

My story started in May 2012 when I first discovered my husband's pornography addiction. His story starts many years before that.

When I first found out about the secrets and lies, I immediately understood that odd feeling I always had about our marriage. Something was always off and I could never quite put my finger on it.

I never anticipated finding out my husband was addicted to pornography.

I really wanted to share my story because when I first found out all I wanted to know was that I was not the only one. I searched online for information and stories. It gave me hope. It gave me comfort. When I had D-Day 2 a few months ago, I again found other women that have gone through this. I needed that support and understanding. I hope that my story can help someone else in this situation feel understood, supported, loved, and comforted. I know this isn't easy and it requires a great deal of faith, strength, and courage.
